You can make reservations for our pop-up events by visiting our website and following the booking instructions. Don’t forget to sign up for our newsletter to receive updates on when tickets become available! With limited seats and tickets selling out quickly, we encourage you to act fast! If the event is sold out, don’t worry—you can join the waiting list to be notified if any seats open up. Signing up for our newsletter gives you a great advantage, as you’ll get updates before the general public, increasing your chances of securing tickets!

What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes a delicious 8-course meal from our carefully curated menu. This features 5 cold mezzes (perfect for sharing between two), 1 warm appetizer, 1 main dish, and 1 dessert per person. Drinks are available for an additional charge during the event. You can conveniently order your drinks and settle the bill at the end of the night!

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes! We can provide vegetarian options upon request. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate vegan, gluten-free, or other dietary restrictions. If you would like a vegetarian option, please let us know when you make your reservation, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Can I book a private event through Plates & Mates?
Absolutely! We offer tailored private events for any occasion. Please reach out to us with your event details, and we’ll work to create a custom experience that perfectly suits your needs. Check out “Private Events” for more information.
Can I get a refund?
Since we operate as a one-night pop-up restaurant, all meals are prepared based on the
number of guests, so we cannot offer cancellations or refunds for tickets. If you are unable
to attend, you’re welcome to let a friend take your spot. Alternatively, you can message us,
and we will try to offer your seat to someone on the waitlist, but please note that we cannot
guarantee a replacement.
